Our app provides a neuroscientific lens on your menstrual cycle. It can be used independently or paired with Nettle, our wearable headband designed for period relief.
All app features require a Samphire membership. If you are not already a Samphire member, you will be prompted to purchase a membership through the App Store as part of the onboarding experience.
Features
Cycle Syncing: Using the app now will sharpen its predictions for your cycle and symptoms, ensuring you’re ready to use Nettle as effectively as possible once it arrives in mid/late August. Also, if you aren’t tracking your cycle already, there are many benefits in doing so, the main one being that it helps you understand what’s typical for you.
Symptom Logging: Log your symptoms to monitor your mood and its relationship to your brain. This feature is key to seeing the changes once you begin using Nettle, and any symptoms you’ve monitored on Apple Health can be imported automatically as well, if you choose so.
